Carl Sandburg College Nursing Program Applications Open Oct. 1-March 1

Applications for the fall 2020 start of Carl Sandburg College’s licensed practical nurse, registered nurse and LPN-to-RN programs will be open Oct. 1-March 1.

Applicants must meet with a nursing program advisor to receive required paperwork as part of the application process. To make an appointment with an advisor, contact the Sandburg Student Services Office at 309.341.5237.

Applicants also must complete the TEAS test (Test of Essential Academic Skills) prior to the March 1 application deadline. Nursing program advisors will provide TEAS test registration forms and information sheets. A schedule of TEAS test dates is available here.
